Becca Carter - Founder and Director
Becca trained in Musical Theatre at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts where she gained her ISTD Ballet Associate qualification. Following graduation, she worked as a dancer and a 'face' at Disneyland Paris and has appeared in numerous pantomimes, West End variety shows and commercials as well as choreographing for Channel 4. With twenty years teaching experience in Street Jazz, Tap and Musical Theatre, Becca has experience of working with students from the age of two through to adults, teaching both beginner and professional levels.
Becca has taught Song & Dance and West End Jazz at the Royal Academy of Dance, London and has the privilege of teaching Jazz and Musical Theatre at their workshops and Summer schools across the UK. Becca has also taught classes internationally for RAD in Italy, Jakarta, Luxembourg and Singapore. She worked closely with RAD on their ‘Step into Dance’ programme which takes dance into schools in London and has seen her choreography showcased in ‘Step Live’ at Sadler's Wells Theatre and Southbank Centre as well as for the Jack Petchey Foundation in The Lord Mayor's Show. Becca has taught dance at Stagecoach and has spent many years teaching music and movement in Montessori schools.
This extensive background has given Becca the insight and experience necessary to manage a successful dance school as well as a unique ability to fully understand the needs of parents and students alike.

AMY MORRIS - Director
Amy trained at Leicester College of Performing Arts gaining a London Trinity Diploma in Musical Theatre, LCM Grade 8 Singing and BTDA Diplomas in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical and Acrobatics. During her time at LCPA Amy’s theatre credits included Charity Hope Valentine in Sweet Charity and Millie Dillmount in Thoroughly Modern Millie.
Since then Amy has worked as a vocalist and dancer for Tokyo Disneyland, Thomson Cruises, Holland America Line and toured the UK as part of vintage girl act My Favourite Things.
The experience Amy has gained throughout the years has a big influence on her lessons, encouraging students to achieve their very best. She is trained to teach Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Lyrical, Contemporary, Singing and Drama to all ages at all levels. The companies Amy has taught for include BTDA, Get Doing, Stagecoach, Baby Ballet and Upbeats, choreographing for shows, festivals and competitions. She loves to see what the children gain from dancing and singing, watching them grow in confidence and the joy it brings to their lives.
Amy is thrilled to be part of the BE.Dance family and looks forward to being involved in shows, events and an exciting future!
